Once you have the attested information, you can approach the Muroor and apply for the transfer of license. For this, you will have to go to the shuwaikh traffic department office where the transfers of license happens. They will verify the documents and might give you some reference number. After a week or so they will call you to meet the manager of the department and if all the required documents are submitted they will issue the Kuwait Driving license.
