Hieee....can any1 help me what would be the avg pay scale for a software engineer in kuwait???...

it depends on many factors

it depends on many factors such as your experiance, platform you work on, technologies you are aware of, your employer, job offered etc...

On a normal case it averages between 800 KD to 1200 KD.
