Guidance on Salary - Risk Management Job

Hi,

I have been offered  a job in Risk Management in Kuwait based bank. I have got 10 plus years of  commercial banking experience in India and also completed MBA full time from USA in 2008. Presently I am working in a MNC Bank drawing Rs 22Lacs per annum.

Please advise me how much salary should I ask for looking into my experience and qualifications.
